Refund policy

At Breya, we do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your order. That's why we give you 60 days to change your mind — well beyond what the law requires. If you do wish to return an item, here's how to proceed.

1. Return Period

We offer a generous period of 60 days from receipt of your order to let us know that you wish to make a return. The period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered to the address provided.

2. Return Conditions

So that your return can be processed under the best possible conditions, please make sure that items are returned in their original condition:

  • Items must be unworn and unused, with no signs of use (marks, odours, alterations).
  • The sole must be intact, with no signs of wear — we recommend trying your pair on a soft surface before wearing them for any length of time.
  • The original Breya labels and tags must remain attached to the item.
  • Items must be returned in their original box, in good condition.

Unfortunately, any item that does not meet these criteria cannot be refunded and will be returned to sender.

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense, regardless of destination. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. Breya cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.

4. How to Make a Return

Step 1 — Start your return:

Go to your customer account on breyashop.com, open your order and click "Request a return". You can also contact us at contact@breyashop.com, quoting your order number.

Step 2 — Prepare your parcel:

  • Place the items back in their original box with all tags attached.
  • Pack your parcel carefully to prevent any damage in transit.

Step 3 — Ship your return:

  • Use a tracked delivery service.
  • Keep your postage receipt as proof of dispatch.
  • The return address will be provided to you once your request has been approved.

5. Refunds

Refund timeframe and method:

Once your return has been received and checked by our team, we will issue your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase.

Original delivery costs:

As delivery is free on all orders, there are no original delivery costs to be refunded.
