Delivery Policy

We deliver to homes in Europe and the United States. Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. No zones, no thresholds, no calculations to make at checkout.

Home Delivery — Free

Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for receipt, wherever you are.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link as soon as your order is shipped.

No Delivery Fees

The price displayed is the final price. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees are already included and covered by Breya. You will not have to pay anything to the postman or carrier.

Delivery Method

All our orders are delivered to your home, at the address provided during the order. Pick-up point delivery is not offered.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the address provided is correct and complete. In case of inaccurate information making delivery impossible, we will contact you by email. Without a response from you, the order may be canceled and refunded.

Delivery Delay

If your order is not delivered within the announced timeframe, please contact us at contact@breyashop.com: we will find a solution as quickly as possible. For customers in the European Union, in accordance with Article L216-6 of the Consumer Code, if delivery does not occur after a formal notice remains without effect within a reasonable period, you may cancel the order and obtain a full refund within 14 days.

Return Fees

As delivery is free, no shipping costs will be refunded in case of a return. Return conditions are detailed in our returns and refunds policy.
