Returns & Refunds

At Breya, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your order. That's why we offer you 60 days to change your mind — well beyond what the law requires. If, however, you wish to return an item, here's how to proceed.

1. Return Period

We offer you a generous period of 60 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return an item.

Details on the start of the period:

  • Home delivery: The period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered to the indicated address.
  • Delivery to a relay point: The period begins as soon as your package is available at the chosen relay point, not on the date of your collection.

2. Return Conditions

For your return to be processed under the best conditions, we ask you to ensure that the items are returned in their original condition:

  • Mules must be unworn and unused, with no traces of use (stains, odors, alterations).
  • The sole must be intact, without any signs of wear — we invite you to try on your mules on a soft surface before any prolonged wear.
  • Original Breya labels and tags must remain attached to the item.
  • Items must be returned in their original box, in good condition.

Any item not meeting these criteria unfortunately cannot be refunded and will be returned to the sender.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the destination (France or Europe). We recommend using a service with a tracking number and keeping your proof of shipment. Breya cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return.

4. How to Make a Return

Step 1 — Initiate your return:

Go to your customer account on breyashop.com, access your order, and click on "Request a return." You can also contact us at contact@breyashop.com, indicating your order number.

Step 2 — Prepare your package:

  • Place the mules back in their original box with all tags attached.
  • Carefully package your parcel to avoid any damage during transport.

Step 3 — Ship your return:

  • Use a delivery service with a tracking number.
  • Keep your deposit receipt as proof of shipment.
  • The return address will be communicated to you after validation of your request.

5. Refund

Refund period and method:

Upon receipt and verification of your return by our teams, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during your purchase.

Initial shipping costs:

In accordance with legislation, shipping costs are refunded up to the rate of the cheapest delivery option offered during your order. As delivery to a relay point is free, no initial shipping costs will be refunded, regardless of the option chosen during the order.
