Delivery Policy

We deliver to your door across Europe and the United States. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. No zones, no thresholds, nothing to work out at checkout.

Home delivery: free

Your order is packed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Then allow 5 to 8 working days for delivery, wherever you are.

As soon as it ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

Nothing to pay on delivery

The price you see is the price you pay. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are already included and covered by Breya. You have absolutely nothing to pay the postman or the courier.

General information

Delivery method

All orders are delivered to your home, at the address you gave when ordering. Pick-up point delivery is not available.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Delivery address

Please make sure the address you enter is correct and complete. If incorrect details make delivery impossible, we'll contact you by email. Without a reply from you, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

Late delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us at contact@breyashop.com and we'll find a solution as quickly as possible. For customers in the European Union, in accordance with Article L216-6 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery still hasn't taken place after a formal notice left unanswered within a reasonable period, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days.

Return costs

Since delivery is free, there are no shipping costs to refund if you return an item. Full details are in our returns and refunds policy.
