Our quality promise

Three things decide whether a shoe lasts: the material, the sole, and what you refuse to let slide. Here's where we stand on each.

Detail of the adjustable buckle and taupe vegan suede on a Breya clog, carefully finished

We don't sell leather. That's a choice.

Our shoes are made from vegan microfiber suede. No animal materials, not in the upper and not in the lining.

It feels like peach skin. The difference from real suede: it doesn't mark, it isn't afraid of a rain shower, and it cleans with a damp cloth instead of a care kit you have to buy separately.

Comfort doesn't show in a photo

It's underfoot. That's where we put the most work.

The footbed follows the curve of your arch instead of leaving your foot flat. The heel sits in a deep cup rather than on a smooth surface, so your foot is held and the load is spread. The padding sits where you actually put your weight, not spread evenly just to look good in a cross-section.

You control the fit: metal buckles on Sienna and Ravello, a pull tab on Alba and Cortina.

Every pair is opened before it ships

Material, stitching, symmetry, buckle. If a pair doesn't pass, it doesn't leave.

Designed in Paris, made in Asia

We design our styles and choose our materials in Paris. Production is entrusted to partner workshops in Asia, where the know-how for comfort footwear lies, as it does for almost every brand in the category, whatever the price tag.

We'd rather tell you than leave you guessing.

60 days, because three minutes isn't enough

You can only judge a shoe's comfort after a real day. Your commute, your pace, your habits.

You have 60 days from delivery to change your mind, no questions asked. Unworn, in the original packaging. One email is all it takes.
