Returns & Refunds

At Breya, we do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your order. That's why you get 60 days to change your mind, well beyond what the law requires. If you'd still like to return an item, here's how it works.

1. Return window

You have 60 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.

When the window starts:

  • Home delivery: the window starts on the date your order is marked as delivered to your address.

2. Return conditions

So we can process your return smoothly, please make sure items come back in their original condition:

  • Shoes must be unworn and unused, with no signs of use (stains, odours, damage).
  • The sole must be intact, with no signs of wear. We recommend trying your shoes on a soft surface before wearing them for longer.
  • Original Breya labels and tags must still be attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original box, in good condition.

Unfortunately, items that don't meet these conditions can't be refunded and will be sent back to you.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, whatever the destination (France or Europe). We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. Breya cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on their way back.

4. How to return an item

Step 1: start your return

Log in to your account on breyashop.com, open your order and click "Request a return". You can also email us at contact@breyashop.com with your order number.

Step 2: pack your parcel

  • Put the shoes back in their original box with all tags attached.
  • Pack your parcel carefully to avoid any damage in transit.

Step 3: send your return

  • Use a tracked delivery service.
  • Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of postage.
  • We'll send you the return address once your request has been approved.

5. Refund

Timing and payment method:

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you within 14 days. The refund goes back to the payment method you used for your purchase.

Original shipping costs:

As required by law, shipping costs are refunded up to the price of the cheapest delivery option offered at checkout. Since delivery is free, there are no original shipping costs to refund.
